Beat Leasing Info

Basic Lease (MP3) – $30

• File(s) Included: MP3 (1 tag)  

• Rights: Non-exclusive  

• Royalties: Artist keeps 100% of sales/streaming revenue (within usage limits)  

• Usage Limit: Up to 50,000 streams across DSPs  

• Publishing: Producer retains writer’s share. Artist must credit writer in PRO registration (BMI/ASCAP).  

• Physical Copies: Up to 500 copies sold  

• Live Performances: Allowed (non-ticketed/local shows only)  

• Music Videos: 1 music video allowed

• Monetization: All platforms

• Credit: Must credit “Prod. by BLAKE FADES” in all releases  

• Restrictions: Cannot resell, re-lease, or register the beat with Content ID
Standard Lease (WAV) – $50

• File(s) Included: Untagged WAV  

• Rights: Non-exclusive  

• Royalties: Artist keeps 100% of sales/streaming revenue (within usage limits)  

• Usage Limit: Up to 250,000 streams across DSPs  

• Publishing: Producer retains writer’s share. Artist must credit writer in PRO registration (BMI/ASCAP).  

• Physical Copies: Up to 1,000 copies sold  

• Live Performances: Allowed (up to 500 attendees per show)  

• Music Videos: 1 music video allowed  

• Monetization: All platforms

• Credit: Must credit “Prod. by BLAKE FADES” in all releases  

• Restrictions: Cannot resell, re-lease, or register the beat with Content ID
Premium Lease (1M Streams) – $150

• File(s) Included: High-quality Untagged WAV + MP3  

• Rights: Non-exclusive  

• Royalties: Artist keeps 100% of sales/streaming revenue (within usage limits)  

• Usage Limit: Up to 1,000,000 streams across DSPs  

• Publishing: Producer retains writer’s share. Artist must credit writer in PRO registration (BMI/ASCAP).  

• Physical Copies: Up to 5,000 copies sold  

• Live Performances: Allowed (up to 1,000 attendees per show)  

• Music Videos: 1 official music video allowed  

• Monetization: Unlimited (YouTube, SoundCloud, etc.)  

• Credit: Must credit “Prod. by BLAKE FADES” in all releases  

• Restrictions: Cannot resell, re-lease, or register the beat with Content ID
Pro Lease (Unlimited + Stems) – $300

• File(s) Included: Stems + High-quality Untagged WAV + MP3  

• Rights: Non-exclusive  

• Royalties: Artist keeps 100% of sales/streaming revenue (within usage limits)  

• Usage Limit: Unlimited streams across DSPs  

• Publishing: Producer retains writer’s share. Artist must credit writer in PRO registration (BMI/ASCAP).  

• Physical Copies: Unlimited  

• Live Performances: Unlimited  

• Music Videos: Unlimited  

• Monetization: Unlimited (all platforms)  

• Credit: Must credit “Prod. by BLAKE FADES” in all releases  

• Restrictions: Cannot resell, re-lease, or register the beat with Content ID
Exclusive License (Full Rights + Stems) – $1,500

• File(s) Included: Stems + High-quality Untagged WAV + MP3  

• Rights: Exclusive (beat removed from store upon purchase)  

• Royalties: Artist keeps 100% of sales/streaming revenue  

• Publishing: Producer retains 50% writer’s share unless a different split is negotiated. Artist must credit writer in PRO registration (BMI/ASCAP).  

• Usage Limit: Unlimited  

• Physical Copies: Unlimited  

• Live Performances: Unlimited  

• Music Videos: Unlimited  

• Monetization: Unlimited (all platforms, including Content ID)  

• Credit: Must credit “Prod. by BLAKE FADES” in all releases  

• Restrictions: Cannot resell or re-lease beat. Content ID registration allowed only for Exclusive Licensee

FAQs

Are beat leases final sale?

Yes — since beats are digital files, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
When will i receive my files?

Immediately after purchase. A download link is delivered to your email.
Can I upgrade my lease later?

Yes — you can upgrade (e.g., from MP3 to Unlimited or Trackouts). Contact us with your order info, and we’ll apply your previous payment toward the upgrade.
Do I own the beat if I buy a lease?

No — leases are non-exclusive licenses. The beat can be leased to multiple artists. If you want to own the beat you must purchase an Exclusive License.
